03 · SOFT LANDING
Soft Landing.
Soft Landing is for founders and families in their first six months of US setup — often during E-2 Treaty Investor visa preparation, or during the gap between incorporation and first hire. It covers the human side of arriving and the operational foundation to build on. Each module has a fixed shape, a fixed delivery process, and a defined deliverable. You can book one, several, or the full set.
ARRIVAL · RELOCATION & CULTURAL LANDING
The Landing
The hardest part of moving a business to the US is rarely the business. It's the move itself — somewhere to live, a Social Security number, a bank account, a driver's license, schools for the children, a phone that works on day one. The Landing takes that weight off the founder's desk so the first weeks go into the company, not the queue at the DMV.
We coordinate the relocation end to end with vetted specialists on the ground in the Carolinas — the practical logistics and the cultural translation of arriving in a new country. It's the part of US market entry most advisors leave the founder to figure out alone. We don't.
WHAT YOU GET
- Relocation roadmap: housing, banking, SSN, driver's license, utilities, schooling
- On-the-ground coordination with vetted local relocation specialists
- Cultural onboarding: how US business, banking, and daily life actually work
- A single point of contact through the first weeks on the ground
- Clean hand-off into the operational setup — Blueprint, Framework, Storefront
TYPICAL TIMELINE
- Before arrival: roadmap, housing shortlist, document checklist
- Arrival week: banking, SSN appointment, the essentials in place
- First 30 days: settled in, with the business setup running in parallel
01 · BUSINESS PLAN
The Blueprint
The Blueprint is an E-2 compliant business plan, built to USCIS standard and ready for your immigration attorney's review. We've structured the discovery process around the questions USCIS adjudicators actually ask — investment substantiality, source of funds tracing, marginality test, organizational structure, and the five-year financial trajectory.
The output is a written plan typically 35–50 pages, with executive summary, market analysis, operational plan, organizational and staffing plan, financial projections (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet for five years), and the supporting exhibits attorneys expect. We work with your attorney throughout, not around them.
WHAT YOU GET
- Structured discovery: 3–4 working sessions covering business model, market, financials, and operations
- Written business plan to USCIS E-2 standard (35–50 pages)
- Five-year financial model: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, headcount plan
- Supporting exhibits: investment substantiation, market evidence, organizational charts
- One round of revisions after attorney review
- Final document in editable format and PDF
TYPICAL TIMELINE
- Week 1: Kickoff and discovery sessions
- Weeks 2–3: Drafting and financial modeling
- Week 4: Attorney review, revisions, and final delivery
02 · WEB PRESENCE
The Storefront
The Storefront is a professional English-language US website, live before you arrive. It's not the company's flagship marketing site — it's the credibility layer that signals to American customers, partners, and immigration officials that this is a real US business with a real American front door.
We build a clean, fast, multi-page site (typically four to six pages) on modern infrastructure. The content reflects how Americans expect to read a B2B website: clear positioning, what you do, who you serve, contact path. We can pull tone and structure from your European parent site, or write from scratch if you don't have a parent. SEO baseline is included; we don't promise rankings.
WHAT YOU GET
- Up to six pages: home, about, what we do, industries or services, contact, plus one optional content page
- Custom design within a clean editorial framework (no template aesthetic)
- Mobile-responsive across all common devices and breakpoints
- Fast hosting on a tier-one provider with SSL and CDN
- SEO baseline: meta tags, sitemap, structured data, page speed optimization
- Editable CMS or static-site setup; you own all assets and code
TYPICAL TIMELINE
- Week 1: Discovery, content sourcing, sitemap and wireframe
- Weeks 2–3: Design and build
- Week 4: Content review, revisions, launch
03 · IT FOUNDATION
The Framework
The Framework gets your US team operational from day one. The biggest single avoidable mistake we see is an under-resourced first IT decision: a free Google Workspace tier set up by an intern, no managed device policy, no security baseline, and twelve months later it costs $40,000 to untangle.
We set up a Microsoft 365 tenant configured for the long term, business email under your domain, cloud storage with structured folder hierarchy, and a security baseline that the European parent's IT team can sign off on. Your team can sit down and work — without IT being a topic in their first week.
WHAT YOU GET
- Microsoft 365 tenant setup with appropriate licensing tier
- Business email under your domain, configured with anti-spam and authentication
- Cloud storage (OneDrive / SharePoint) with initial folder structure and access controls
- Security baseline: MFA enforcement, conditional access, basic device policy
- Single point of contact for the first 30 days post-handover
- Documentation: architecture overview, admin credentials, recovery procedures
TYPICAL TIMELINE
- Week 1: Tenant provisioning, domain configuration, baseline setup
- Week 2: User accounts, mailboxes, storage structure, security policies
- Week 3: Handover, documentation, 30-day support window begins
BUNDLES
Bundle Combinations
Most clients book more than one module. These are the combinations we see most often — but you can mix any two or all three.
FOUNDER LANDING
Blueprint + Storefront
For founders preparing an E-2 filing who need both the business plan for USCIS and a credible US web presence to show they're real. Common when the founder is still in Europe but the business needs to look established stateside.
FIRST DAYS READY
Blueprint + Framework
For founders whose immigration attorney is handling the public side of the visa work, but who need the business plan AND day-one IT infrastructure ready for the first US employees. The most common pre-arrival operational package.
FULL BUILD
Blueprint + Storefront + Framework
The full pre-arrival package: visa-ready business plan, public web presence, and operational IT. Designed for founders who want the entire US setup handled before they fly over for the first time.
Soft Landing is where most clients enter. Once on the ground, conversations naturally shift toward the deeper work — Checkup, Project, or Operator — and we move there with you. You don't start over with a new team.
Operations, native on both sides.
